Soy una apasionada creadora de experiencias que combinan bienestar, conexi\u00f3n y prop\u00f3sito. Mi camino tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 guiado por la pr\u00e1ctica del yoga y otras disciplinas de conciencia corporal<\/strong>. Como instructora, acompa\u00f1o a mis alumnos a reconectar con ellos mismos a trav\u00e9s del movimiento, la respiraci\u00f3n y la presencia. Mi enfoque integra t\u00e9cnicas tradicionales y herramientas contempor\u00e1neas pensadas para cultivar equilibrio, fortaleza y claridad mental.<\/p>
